All you’ll need is a device with an internet connection, a set of earphones or headset, a comfortable bed or chair and about 40 minutes out of your day, then relax, close your eyes and listen to my soothing voice.
The trance state is actually a natural state of mind. In fact, there are many times during the course of a normal day when you enter the same kind of trance that we experience in hypnotherapy. It happens when we're very relaxed or focused; for instance if somebody gets absorbed into binge watching their favorite TV show and feel totally consumed by it they'll often go into this type of light-trance where they don't want to stop watching TV at all! During hypnosis people stay fully awake with increased suggestibility yet still retain free will over themselves.

The first thing you should know about me is that I’m not your average Life Coach. I’ve had two awesome children, gained a significant amount of weight during both pregnancies, and been through my own weight loss journey to get back to where I am.
I know how an extra 25 kilograms of unwanted weight can affect you - physically, mentally, and emotionally - and I also know what it takes to shed it, because I’ve been there.
Being a fitness professional, fitness studio owner and Champion Figure Competitor, I have learned that there is no real secret to dieting or training. The only thing that makes a lasting difference is your mindset.
